This week on Sadhana - The Inward Path we feature Verushka Pather's Bharatyanatyam dance tour to India. Sampoorna Sadhana saw Pather and her students perform stories out of the Hindu scriptures in the ancient temples of South India. We are visit the ShivaShakti Aalayam in Pelican Park, Cape Town as the organisation is about to embark in fulfilling its 30 year dream of building their own Temple. Our Concious Cooking segment is back with Anuradha Devi Dasi as she prepares a special Palak Paneer.
