Sunday Sadhana is a Hindu magazine programme that explores Hindu culture in all it's splendor and vibrance.This week's episode is dedicated to Lord Shiva and the observance of Maha Shivarathri. We join Swami Abedhananda - Spiritual head of the Chinmaya Mission of South Africa who enlightens us about the importance of Maha Shivarathri and the unique characteristics of Lord Shiva. This is followed by an entralling dance production by the Krish Swami Vel Dance Institute.
